Applications must be submitted within 72 hours from the date of completion of product delivery (i.e., when you successfully download, obtain the authorization code, or gain access rights); if it exceeds 72 hours, this website has the right to refuse a refund.
2.Product Status:
- No modifications, dissemination, or secondary distribution of the product have been made (such as not forwarding the template to a third party, not activating the software license, not sharing the course link, etc.);
- A clear “proof of unused product” can be provided (such as a screenshot of the software not being activated, records of the original template file not being opened, etc.);
- The change in demand is not caused by your personal operational errors (such as “mistakenly purchasing the same product”, “unfamiliarity with software operations”, “incompatible computer configurations”, etc.).
3.Compliance:
Your purchase behavior complies with the website’s “User Service Agreement” and does not involve any irregularities such as malicious ordering, false complaints, or purchasing using another person’s account without authorization.
III. Circumstances where refunds are not supported
If any of the following circumstances exist, this website will directly reject the refund application and will not accept secondary appeals:
1.The core functions of the product have been successfully used (e.g., the software has been activated and is running normally, the design template has been used in commercial projects, more than 50% of the duration of the online course has been watched);
2.Refund requests caused by your personal device issues (such as incompatible system versions, insufficient storage space), operational errors (such as accidentally deleting downloaded files, forgetting account passwords), or changes in needs (such as “no longer needing this type of template”, “finding other cheaper products”);
3.Failure to provide valid purchase credentials (such as order number, payment record, receiving email), or the product for which a refund is applied is inconsistent with the purchase record;
4.The product has a clear “no refund” label (such as special promotional products, customized software/templates), and you have confirmed this clause at the time of purchase;
5.Non-product issues caused by force majeure (such as temporary server failure leading to delayed downloads, but later returned to normal) or third-party factors (such as delayed refunds from the payment platform).
IV. Refund Application Process
1.Submit an application:
You need to log in to your account on this website, enter the “My Orders” page, find the corresponding order, click “Apply for Refund”, and fill in the following information as required:
- Reasons for refund (please explain in detail, such as “the product cannot be activated normally”, “the downloaded template has file corruption”);
- Supporting materials (such as screenshots of malfunctions, prompts of file corruption, certificates of non-use, etc., supporting uploads in JPG, PNG, PDF formats);
- Payment receiving information (such as original payment account information, to ensure that the refund amount can be returned via the original route).
2.Review and handling:
This site will complete the review within 1-3 working days after receiving the application, and the review result will be notified to you via your registered email or in-site message.
- Approved: A refund will be initiated within 1 working day, and the refund amount will be returned to your payment account via the original method (the specific arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform, usually 1-7 working days);
- Rejected: The reason for rejection will be stated in the notification. If you have supplementary materials, you can resubmit the application within 7 working days (only 1 supplementary application is supported).
3.Refund completed:
After the refund is credited to your account, this website will synchronously revoke your usage rights to the product (such as reclaiming the software authorization code, closing the course access link, etc.). You are required to delete the downloaded product files and must not use or distribute them again.
V. Special Instructions
1.Customized products:
If you purchase “customized virtual products” (such as exclusively designed templates, custom-developed software), you need to confirm the details of your requirements with our website before placing an order. Once production starts, mid-process refunds are not supported; if there is a “serious discrepancy with the agreed requirements” after production is completed, you can apply for a refund within 48 hours of delivery. Our website will negotiate the refund ratio based on the degree of discrepancy (maximum not exceeding 50%).
2.Product quality issues:
If the product itself has quality issues (such as inability to activate the software, damaged template files, or missing course content), you need to contact customer service within 24 hours after delivery. Our site will prioritize providing solutions such as “re-delivery, file repair, and content supplementation”. If you insist on a refund, the “72-hour application time limit” can be waived, and a full refund will be issued after the review is approved.
3.Handling of malicious refunds:
If it is found that you have engaged in malicious behaviors such as “placing multiple orders and requesting refunds”, “forging supporting documents”, or “continuing to use the goods after receiving a refund”, this website reserves the right to permanently freeze your account, refuse all subsequent services, and retain the right to pursue legal liability.
